Samzy is a Nigerian-born, Dallas-raised artist blending hip-hop and Afro-fusion. Drawing on African rhythms and the trap and drill sounds he grew up with in the U.S., he brings both sides of his upbringing into his music.

His debut EP, Trendsetter, introduced that sound through tracks including “Dutty Luv” and “Red Dots,” featuring Rema. His other releases include “Soulja” and “MVP.”
